Replace any bad or loose caulk with Rubex caulk. Wash the roof with dawn or simple green along with two cups of bleach per gallon of water with your detergent. This will kill any mold spores that may be on your roof. Use a soft bristle brush to remove any dirt or debris. Now let the roof to dry out completely.
Application: RV Roof Magic is a ready to use product, no thinning is required. Mix it approximately for five minutes with an electric drill. Apply RV Roof Magic with long nap roller and paint brush around the edges and around A/C units and vents as needed. Average dry to touch time is three to four hours and will completely dry in four to ten hours. Wait for 24 hours before going on a journey.
Tips: Always plan to apply the product when rain is not forecasted. RV Roof Magic is for outdoor use but can be used indoors by using respirator commonly available at stores. As the product cures brush marks will disappear creating a professional seamless membrane. Clean the tools with xylene.
